Return Policies
I take great pride in my work and I hope that you love the things I make for you. I accept returns within 14 days on non-custom merchandise. Return the item in unused condition and I will refund your purchase price. Please note, however, that I will not be able to refund the price of shipping or return shipping.
Custom pieces are not returnable as they have been created specifically for you/ to your specifications. While we require 100% payment in advance for custom orders, we also want you to be 100% happy, so please take great care in choosing and feel free to ask lots of questions before purchasing. Once you purchase or place a deposit and we begin building your item, the purchase agreement is considered binding.
Please be sure to factor shipping costs in to your budget. Rates on very large tables can run several hundred dollars. Insurance is the responsibility of the recipient and can be added on at the time of shipping. All freight charges must be settled before we begin producing your item.Shipping
I ship cards and prints via USPS and will have your porder in the mail to you in 2-4 bisuness days.
For larger items, such as large art pieces and furniture, I contract through a freight service, or a small moving company depending on the size of the item. The customer has the option of selecting a basic curbside delivery or upgrading to an inside delivery. Rates are dependent upon the services you choose. Shipping costs quoted in the listing are approximate and are flexible until the actual booking. Rates are dependent upon distance, weight, size, add-ons, and surcharges, and include the actual cost of shipping plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials. Please be realistic about shipping charges before you purchase and feel free to seek out your own rate quote base on an origination zip code of 75254. Once you have confirmed the shipping rate, the order is considered finalized.
Be sure to let me know if you want to add insurance to your order. Insurance is the responsibility of the recipient and will be added on request.International Orders
All of my items can be shipped internationally. I am happy to calculate the rate for you. Note that I do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer if their country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web. Every country varies. If you have any questions or concerns about these policies please let me know and I'll be happy to explain further.
